DOSBA signs the Declaration of Digital Independence

APELL, the umbrella organisation of national business alliances, will have a booth on Tuesday 18 November 2025 at the Summit on Digital Sovereignty in Berlin. Visitors can learn more there about the “Magic of Open Source”.

Because this summit is a French-German initiative, we are participating together with our sister organisations OSBA and CNLL.

As part of this summit, APELL has drafted the Declaration of Digital Independence, which DOSBA, as a member of APELL, has co-signed. You are also invited to sign this declaration. Together, we can further strengthen Open Source in Europe.
